For over 30 years, my goal has been to bring greater peace, clearer direction and more joy to the lives of those in need of therapeutic and spiritual guidance.
My practice, Adjust Your Sails, is a testament to my belief that individuals, with their Spiritual bases, have the power to direct their lives and find happiness as they chart their personal course.
Marilyn Ladin is a Therapist, Teacher and Spiritual Leader based in the north Houston area.​ Marilyn also works with clients of all walks of life nationwide via FaceTime and video conferencing.

Her expertise encompasses grief, loss, and navigating difficult decision-making. In addition to her knowledge of practical matters, including paperwork and logistics, she brings a sense of beauty and dignity to the process.
